From the Chairman.

To NBSFC Fans,

What a season.

In the play offs once again, and with the opportunity to secure back-to-back-to-back promotions. Incredible.

Since reforming in 2018 it has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride, and tonight is just another loop in that journey.

We've had incredible highs, crushing lows, but throughout it all we have always had your incredible backing and support. I said in 2018 that this club was for the community, and we'd aim to do the West End proud. I hope we have achieved that this year.

So much focus is on the first team, and rightly so, but as a club this year we have gone from strength to strength and continued to develop and grow. Our junior section remains a hotbed for talent and providing opportunities, and starting this weekend our junior teams will be representing the club in 6 cup finals. A huge thank you to all the coaches, parents, guardians & team sponsors who make this possible.

Work continues around the KD Stadium to make it a venue the community can enjoy and be proud of, with developments undertaken this season in the Sir Bobby Robson Lounge, The Marquee, and the ground itself....with more planned in the close season. A huge thank you to Darren and all at KD Building Solutions for their work here.

In their first full season as a management team, Nashy, Woody & Scotty have built a talented squad that has a fantastic connection with the fans, and there is a wonderful bond there now between the squad & the supporters for all to see. We've continued our principle of promoting young players, and the development on the pitch has been clear for all to see.

As ever, none of this would be possible without the relentless dedication and hard work of those behind the scenes, supported by our fantastic network of sponsors, partners supporters . Without you, none of this happens.

Lastly, thank you to my amazing family who have witnessed the emotions daily for the last 7 years, every day.

So from myself, and all at Newcastle Blue Star, to those travelling to Boro Rangers tonight....have a fantastic, and hopefully memorable evening.

Whatever the outcome, it's been a season to remember, and we are just getting started.
